There are frenetic sounds all around me.  Do you hear what I hear?  It seems that everywhere I go during the Christmas season, I can hear the hustle and bustle of people trying to ‘get ready’ for Christmas.  Do you hear what I hear?

I hear footsteps scurrying from store to store, the sound of fingers clicking away at keyboards sending messages and making online purchases, voices saying “Merry Christmas”. I also hear parents yelling at their kids, people yelling at the cashiers, complaining about everything under the sun to anyone who will listen.  Do you hear what I hear? 

I don’t know about you, but when I am drowning in the sea of hustle and bustle, I want to put the earplugs in.  I want to drown out the frenzy and anxious, negative vibes and fill my heart with joy and laughter.  Oh…
